These terms apply to the consultation, onboarding and text messaging services of Web Wrenchers LLC ("we", "us"). Client engagements are also governed by the client's signed service agreement.

Text messaging program

Program name and description

Web Wrenchers Consultation and Client Texts. When you opt in, you receive text messages from Web Wrenchers LLC about your consultation call and onboarding: call confirmations, reminders with the meeting link, a short pre-call video link, scheduling and reschedule links, and one-to-one replies from our team.

How you opt in

By checking the SMS consent box on our consultation booking form or lead form, by texting our number first, or by giving your mobile number in our client onboarding form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Opting out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the number that texted you. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further texts from this program. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work. To join again, text START.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Web Wrenchers LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the messaging service.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page with a new date.
